To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, anime4i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. anime4i does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe, although we will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity. In circumstances beyond anime4i's reasonable control — including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, regulatory changes, or third-party payment processing outages — anime4i accepts no liability for delays or failures in platform performance. The platform's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by anime4i's negligence.
